    In addition, as an important source of water pollution, China's textile industry also consumes huge water resources and lagged far behind other parts of the world in terms of water resources utilization efficiency.

    According to the "report on the prevention and control of industrial pollution in key industries of China" published by China Environmental Science Press, with the production of similar units, the average content of pollutants in printing and dyeing wastewater in China is 2 to 3 times and the water consumption is as high as 3 to 4 times. At the same time, the printing and dyeing wastewater is not only the main pollutant in the industry, and the sludge treatment produced by printing and dyeing wastewater has problems.

    Among them, the pretreatment of printing and dyeing materials is especially serious because of the large amount of caustic soda used.

However, the cost of enzyme preparation is high, the compatibility of enzyme preparations and the compatibility with textile auxiliaries are not studied, and a complete enzymatic pretreatment process has not yet been formed.

    This time, song Qiao team worked closely with Tianjin Tian Fang Group and Hebei textile material supply and Marketing Co., Ltd., and after three years, we developed a variety of excellent textile enzyme preparations and their production processes, including amylase, alkaline pectinase, xylanase and perhydrogenase, which can combine desizing and refining into one step, greatly improving the efficiency of pre-treatment.

    "Desizing refining complex enzyme" solves the problem of desizing pulp of polyester cotton and pure polyester fabric.

    In the past, amylase desizing can only solve the starch sizing fabric, and the PVA blended pulp can only be removed by high temperature alkali cooking.

    Ding Xueqin, chief engineer of Tian Fang Group, said that the grey fabric containing flame retardant silk and pure polyester component can not be boiled or desizing at high temperature, otherwise it will shrink, and the desizing effect of using biological complex enzyme is very good. It prevents the shrinkage of the fabric and reduces the starch and PVA. At the same time, the cloth feels fluffy and soft, and it also solves a technical problem for the factory.

    Water saving and electricity saving to reduce sewage discharge

    Song Qiao introduced that the enzyme desizing and refining process was completed at one time, which not only saved the high temperature of the traditional treatment process, but also made the enzyme treatment temperature at low temperature, greatly reduced the amount of steam used in the pre-treatment process, and significantly saved the steam energy consumption. Compared with the traditional process, it saved about 25% to 50% steam and saved 40% of the electricity consumption.

    The biological enzyme pretreatment process instead of the caustic soda desizing and caustic soda refining process in traditional process means that biological fermentation products can replace chemical agents such as caustic soda and refining agent. Therefore, the pH value and COD value of the treated wastewater can be greatly reduced. The effective replacement of chemical agents such as refining agents can reduce the COD value of pretreatment wastewater by more than 60%.

    "Biological complex enzyme preparation has the characteristics of mild treatment, high efficiency, specificity and so on. Biological enzyme treatment has almost no damage to cotton fiber, but it has an efficient degradation effect on starch slurry and PVA slurry on grey cloth, and can achieve good desizing effect."

    According to song Qiao, the quality of cotton fibers processed by this technology is much higher than that of traditional methods.

    For the concerned price problem of printing and dyeing enterprises, song Qiao said that the enzyme activity of biological complex enzyme is high in price and low in dosage, and the price is similar to that of textile auxiliaries in general. It will not raise the cost of processing. Most textile enterprises can accept it.

    In addition, pretreatment with biological enzyme can reduce the steam energy consumption, save the cost of alkaline waste water treatment, and reduce the dosage of various chemical additives, thereby significantly reducing the cost of pretreatment and improving the economic benefits of the textile industry.

    "In the application of the enzymatic pretreatment process, the pretreatment of 12000 m pure cotton cloth and 11000 m aramid thermal wave kappa can reduce the cost by 30% and 70% respectively compared with the traditional alkaline process."

    From March to June this year, the Hebei Ningbo Textile Group successfully completed the application demonstration and promotion of the biological enzyme pretreatment process with more than 16000 rice cloth.

    Previously, the biological enzyme pretreatment process using the biological complex enzyme was successfully tested in Tianjin Tian Fang Group for the first time, and a pilot scale production experiment with a total of more than 3 million meter cloth was completed. The experimental varieties include military camouflage, tent tarpaulin, aramid fiber and so on.
