High-End Textile Fabric Project Leads Industry Upgrading

Investment and construction of Huafeng Textile Industrial Park and other package projects to create a complete industrial chain from fiber, weaving, dyeing and finishing, fabrics to sports shoes, clothing and intelligent equipment. During the "13th Five-Year" period, the total industry chain invested about 15 billion yuan, the output value was 33 billion yuan, and the tax revenue was about 1 billion 800 million yuan.

One bath multicolor technology can save energy consumption by 70% and increase production efficiency by 3 times.

In the production energy consumption to achieve system monitoring and statistics, design decontamination diverting, sewage recovery and reuse, the recovery rate is more than 50%, while the factory housing panel design and installation of photovoltaic power generation system, the development of circular economy, environmental protection and energy saving.

The centralized layout of Huafeng Group's industrial chain has greatly reduced the logistics cost between the industrial chains. The project has introduced fully automated conveying equipment to achieve seamless links between all processes, reducing logistics and labor costs by 50%, and 1.2 times higher than the original production efficiency.
