Secondly, it is suggested that the parties concerned should actively consult with the freight forwarders, ship owners, wharves and other parties. Once there is no negotiation, the maritime compulsory procedures should be launched as soon as possible, or the local lawyers of the goods in the port shall be entrusted to take relevant legal measures to avoid the loss of the best cargo handling time.
