Can Workplace Mistakes Be Better Or Worse?
Today, I feel very sad. I found that I made a mistake, I wanted to change it, I took the initiative to be honest, and I was severely criticized by the performance manager.
He is angry at both his own and annoyed.

As a manager, in the face of the A choice of employees, if the roar or scold a meal, the employee will feel uncomfortable. If you make a mistake again, you will not choose A again.
In the face of employee's B choice, if managers can find that there is still a chance to fix it, if it is not found, and the problem is not going to disappear as time goes by, it will accumulate slowly until the outbreak occurs, employees will either escape before the outbreak, or they will be sacked.
Faced with the employee's C choice, if the change is correct, it is really a happy thing. Even if the manager discovers it later, he will feel much appreciation for the employee. If the mistake is corrected, it will be more unforgivable and unforgivable for the manager to find it.
However, why did employees choose that way? Managers should consider their own ways to deal with these problems when they think about their employees.
