According to the respondents, excessive workload or long working hours (51.8%) is the most common unfair treatment for internship students. Fang Wen hopes to improve the "three no matter" state of student practice as soon as possible.
"Schools should become the dependant of interns and provide support and assistance to students when necessary.
If the school was originally introduced as an internship, schools should be more responsible for ensuring students' personal safety and legitimate rights and interests.
