A total of 20 batches of thermal underwear were selected. The spot checks ranged from some shopping malls, shops and supermarkets in our city. Among them, 14 batches of qualified products were unqualified, 6 batches, and the pass rate of products was 70%. The main items of supervision and inspection are: fiber content, water fastness, formaldehyde, decomposable carcinogenic aromatic amine dye and so on 4 items. The unqualified items in this test were fiber content (6 batches of fibers failed), followed by water color fastness (1 batches failed).

The main reason for the disqualification of fiber content is that the procurement of fabrics is not strictly controlled by the enterprises, and the fabric purchase inspection system has not been implemented, so that the shoddy fabrics are put into production. The procurement of fabrics is not strict, resulting in water color fastness unqualified.

The fiber content is unqualified, which affects the consumers' choice of the products and the comfort of the products, which leads to misleading consumers and fraudulent practices. Among them, 11 batches of samples were sampled in the sales enterprises in our city, and 1 batches were sampled in the production enterprises in our city. After monitoring, the samples of 12 batches of wet wipes were all qualified, with a pass rate of 100%.
