Statistics show that 30.43% of the people in the workplace have good relations with leaders and are easy to communicate; 57.97% of them have a general relationship with leaders; 10.14% of them are not good at leadership, and often complain behind them; 1.45% of them are often in conflict with their leaders.
What are the reasons for the conflict between employees and leaders? The author's experience in psychological counseling has three common reasons.
(1) at a realistic level, the position of employees and leaders is indeed inequal, and their economic interests will inevitably conflict, which is difficult to avoid in any era.

Popularly speaking, that is, one side or both sides of the conflict intentionally or unintentionally impose their will on the other side, and do not respect each other's needs.
According to the above psychological principles, how can we improve our relations with leaders and reduce and avoid unnecessary contradictions?
(1) to try to accept the fact that the leadership is actually unequal, Bill Gates once said, "life is not fair, get used to it."
Therefore, we should adopt a natural attitude towards the imperfections of life and devote more energy to what we can do well. It is a prerequisite to establish a good relationship with our superiors by fulfilling our responsibilities and completing our tasks.
It is not sensible for some people to resist leadership by doing nothing in their work, but it is easy to further deteriorate their relations with leaders.
(two) strengthen communication with all things.

Understand each other, reduce possible misunderstandings, and be good at showing your strengths in your work. Let your boss know that you have the ability to accomplish your tasks well and make your abilities affirmed.
Remember, boss is not unattainable. There are many things to talk with leaders, and the boss will understand you.
(three) learn to think about the position and understand the difficulties of the leadership. Do not encounter anything wrong with the leader. First, let the leaders lead him to the stage when he is in trouble, and avoid correcting the mistakes of the leaders in public.
The expectations of leaders are not too high, especially those with obvious personality flaws. It is the best policy to cooperate with them as much as possible.
(four) don't just jump out of business just because of bad relationship with leaders. You need to reflect on your job before you start job hopping. What cognitive and behavioral ways have you led to the current predicament? Will you go to new units and meet old problems? Good habits of self-examination and self-examination will benefit you eventually.
