Most clothing brands make their own product design, commissioned by the factory to produce, and then together with distributors and franchisees to build sales channels.
But Hai Lan's home is completely different, basically does not design products, the vast majority of products are designed and produced by hundreds of partners from all over the country, Hai Lan provides research and development guidance, sales channels and brand operation, and cooperation partners are a kind of deep interest binding cooperation mode. The design ability of the cooperative partners has greatly enhanced the development capacity of Hai Lan's products. The production capacity of the partners has met the massive market demand of the Hai Lan family.

Hai Lan's home investment in information technology is also the leading domestic garment enterprise. There are more than 200 people in the group information department. They can make the performance of 5000 stores on time to the franchisees and producers. This time, the main purpose of the introduction of Dahl ERP in Hai Lan's home is to get the information flow of the design manufacturer to get through, integrate the core processing plants, and establish an integrated production, supply and marketing coordination system.

Through 5000 stores nationwide, there is a very high market share in two or three line cities, with an average production volume of 40000 or 50000 units. For manufacturers, fabric procurement costs, production costs and wastage control are very favorable, and can produce products with competitive and high quality far below the average market cost.
The upgrading and improvement of the supply chain collaboration system is mainly aimed at integrating core manufacturers and establishing an integrated, quick response production, supply and marketing synergy system. The group processes various types of orders and is produced by the core processing plants.
The purchasing orders issued by the group to the core processing plant are pformed into the sales orders of the core processing plants to the group, so as to realize the mode of group dispatching, core processing plant production and the settlement of group and core processing plants.

Over the past year, the more than 10 people have been tired and happy. They watched the operation of hundreds of people on the same line. The project was successfully carried out on a stable line and had a great sense of achievement. The main achievements were as follows:
1. development and design cycle shortened by 5-10 days.
2. product listing cycle shortened by 20-25%
3. reduce material cost by 2%-3%
4. improve work efficiency by 20%-30%
5. the error rate of data communication with manufacturers was reduced by 70%.
