The clothing supply chain collaborative management system project bidding, after 5 months of 12 friends participating in the bid, the Hai Lan strategic information department's multi-dimensional inspection and verification, our Dahl clothing ERP officially won the bid in September, which is also a high degree of recognition of our Yun Dong's meticulous farming in the clothing management software industry. As of October 2016, the first phase of the project is completed, and the whole process is hard and rewarding. Hai Lan's home is China's clothing.

He has always been facing the tide of closing stores, and he keeps the expansion rate of 100 stores every year on average, and sits on the throne of "one brother" in China. Hai Lan's unique way of supply chain management is:

Most clothing brands make their own product design, commissioned by the factory to produce, and then together with distributors and franchisees to build sales channels.

Through 5000 stores nationwide, there is a very high market share in two or three line cities, with an average production volume of 40000 or 50000 units. For manufacturers, fabric procurement costs, production costs and wastage control are very favorable, and can produce products with competitive and high quality far below the average market cost.

The upgrading and improvement of the supply chain collaboration system is mainly aimed at integrating core manufacturers and establishing an integrated, quick response production, supply and marketing synergy system. Over the past year, the more than 10 people have been tired and happy. They watched the operation of hundreds of people on the same line. The project was successfully carried out on a stable line and had a great sense of achievement. The main achievements were as follows:
