SAIC has also explored the enforcement of big data supervision and law enforcement, carried out the construction of information sharing platform for trademark administration and law enforcement, and strengthened trademark by means of big data and cloud computing.

We should strengthen the system of trademark law enforcement cooperation and information sharing, promote the opening of the trademark database, guide the local industry and Commerce regulatory authorities to use the trademark database information, improve the trademark and the data statistics of combating infringement and counterfeiting cases, and actively promote the construction of the information library of the registered trademark Rights Protection Union, and provide data support for the local trademark law enforcement.
