China's textile machinery industry has been developing rapidly in recent years in terms of pformation and upgrading, and intelligent manufacturing. He said that in the first three quarters of 2017, the textile industry still insisted on accelerating pformation and upgrading, promoting intelligent manufacturing and green manufacturing, and cultivating new development momentum of the industry in the face of higher comprehensive cost and greater international competition pressure.

With the steady development of the supply side structural reform, the effective implementation of the strategy of "three products" is promoted by the steady development of the country's macro economy and the ample meso motive force. Turning to the operation of the textile machinery industry, Gu Ping pointed out that in 2017 1-9, the textile machinery industry's main business income, gross profit and other economic indicators showed two digit growth, the total import and export volume of textile machinery increased year by year, and the textile machinery industry performance improved significantly.

Industry scale: 1-9 months, the main business income of textile machinery industry reached 94 billion 821 million yuan, up 12.64% from the same period last year, an increase of 12.38 percentage points over the same period last year. The total assets amounted to 106 billion 127 million yuan, an increase of 9.19% over the same period last year, a 5.39 percentage point increase over the same period last year, and 20 billion 318 million yuan in fixed assets investment, a decrease of 3.30% over the same period last year.

Profit situation: in 1-9 months, the total profit of the textile machinery industry was 6 billion 780 million yuan, an increase of 26.21% over the same period last year, and the deficit of the loss making enterprises was 2,62 billion yuan, down 45.84% compared with the same period last year, with a deficit of 12.26%.

Investment in fixed assets: in 1-9 months, the textile machinery industry completed a fixed investment of 20 billion 318 million yuan, down 3.30% from the same period last year, and the growth rate was lower than that of the manufacturing industry (4.2%) and the textile industry (6.17%).

Import and export situation of textile machinery industry: according to customs statistics, the total import and export volume of textile machinery in China in 2017 1-9 amounted to US $4 billion 944 million, an increase of 19.55% over the same period last year.

The export of textile machinery was US $2 billion 392 million, an increase of 6.97% over the same period, and imports of US $2 billion 552 million, an increase of 34.35% over the same period last year.

Xu Lin, Secretary General of the China Textile Machinery Association, analyzed the situation of weaving machinery industry. He said that in the first three quarters of 2017, the demand of the three types of rapier looms, water looms and air-jet looms increased significantly in the first three quarters of the year, affected by the adjustment of the national financial and financial policies, the increase of raw material prices, the restocking of downstream enterprises, the change of fabric varieties, the elimination of old machines, and the stabilization of financial policies in the import market of major international textile machinery.

Xu Lin pointed out that the high-speed rapier loom, the main production enterprises in China, sold 5174 units, an increase of 15.36% over the previous year, resulting from the upgrading of the old machines and the upgrading of the fabric varieties. According to statistics of Textile Machinery Association, the sales volume of warp knitting machine in the first three quarters of 2017 was about 3500, an increase of 17.7% over the same period last year.

According to customs statistics, the export volume of our warp knitting machinery industry was 61 million US dollars in the same period, down 9.3% from the same period last year.

Li Yi, vice president of China Textile Machinery Association, analyzed the status and development of China's printing and dyeing machinery industry. He said that in 2010, the production of printing and dyeing fabrics in scale printing and dyeing enterprises had created a high yield record of 60 billion 603 million meters. From 2012 to 2016, the annual output of China's scale printing and dyeing enterprises decreased, but they were more than 50 billion meters, ranking first in the world. Lv Honggang, vice president of China Textile Machinery Association, analyzed the situation of chemical fiber machinery and nonwovens machinery industry. He pointed out that investment in China's nonwovens industry showed a strong cyclical nature, and this cycle is bound to be reflected in the nonwoven machinery industry.

It is estimated that 2017 and 2018 will be in the rising investment range, and will also provide huge growth opportunities for the nonwoven machinery industry. The investment in China's nonwoven industry is 30 billion 622 million yuan, an increase of 13.87% in the first quarter of 2017. The investment growth in the first quarter of 2017 has reached 41.81%. The three quarter's year-on-year growth rate has dropped to 29.27%.. Overall, the sales of needle punched spunlace and spunbonded (spinning and melting) production lines increased significantly in the first three quarters. Most companies in the first half of the year worked overtime to meet the demand for orders. After entering the three quarter, some downstream users' irrational investment impulse was suppressed, the growth rate of orders slowed slightly, and the production and operation of enterprises were divided.

Lv Honggang pointed out that with the increase of investment in the chemical fiber industry, the domestic new chemical fiber projects increased, and the market demand for chemical fiber machinery increased significantly. Compared with the same period last year, the sales volume of chemical fiber equipment has greatly improved.

As the downstream chemical fiber market has warmed up (polyester fiber and nylon production can reach more than 75%), the investment of domestic chemical fiber enterprises has increased. It is expected that the market order of chemical fiber machinery will continue next year.

According to incomplete statistics (excluding exports), the shipment volume of polyester and nylon filament spinning machines in the first three quarters was 4450 spinning positions, an increase of 41.57% compared with the same period last year. The sales of the bomb machine was about 923, compared with the same period last year, an increase of 59% 2017. He said that the demand of the international market is the only way for some countries to develop their economy, and the textile producers' need to improve their own industrial chain is also the need for the development of the domestic textile machinery enterprises themselves.

The basic situation of Bangladesh's textile industry accounts for more than 10% of the output value of GDP, accounting for 40% of the total industrial output value, accounting for 80% of foreign exchange earnings, nearly 4 million of its employees, and about 12 million spindles of existing spinning capacity.

India is the second largest industrial cotton country in the world, and the scale of the textile industry is second worldwide.

Foreign exchange accounts for 27% of India's total, accounting for 14% of the total industrial output value of the country, contributing 3% to GDP and 35 million of the largest industry.

At present, the spinning scale is about 55 million spindles, with an average annual increase of about 200-250 spindles.

However, India's local textile machinery manufacturing industry, apart from spinning, does not have enough capacity to meet the needs of local industry chain.
