Heng Tian Chinese Textile Industrial Park project is jointly built by China Heng Tian Group, Xiayi County People's government and Henan Heng Tian Hua nonwovens Co., Ltd., with a total investment of 6 billion yuan, covering an area of 3000 mu, with a construction area of 1 million 200 thousand square meters, and three phases for construction.

The project is in line with the development direction and strategic planning of China's high end new materials. It is a new testing base for China's non-woven fabrics built by China's Heng Tian Group in Shangqiu and China's industrial textile material testing center.

At the forum, Liang Wantao first introduced the economic and social development of Xiayi county and the preparations for the project.

He said that the project of Heng Tian Chinese nonwoven Industrial Park landing in Xiayi county is a landmark event and a happy event in the history of industrial development in Xiayi county.
