Liu Zibin: labor shortage is a big problem for our manufacturing industry in the future. Nowadays, young people are highly educated, have high professional expectations, enjoy high demands, and have low working tolerance. Compared with salary level, they are more concerned about working environment, welfare conditions and future development opportunities.

The textile industry is not attractive enough for young people. We have to find ways to improve the treatment of workers and improve the working environment, but at the same time face the rising cost of production.

In addition to raising the level of intelligence, we need a series of countries to solve this problem.
