    A few days ago, Shanghai Weishi Machinery Co., Ltd., a member unit of China Fashion intelligent manufacturing technology innovation strategy alliance, developed and designed an intelligent unmanned finishing system after painstaking research and development.

    After being purchased and put into operation by the famous clothing manufacturers in Asia, the system gives good results feedback and high evaluation.


    The purchaser of the system is a front-line sports and leisure brand OEM manufacturer, which has more than 10000 employees in Southeast Asia.

    The workshop used in this system originally had 23 production lines. Each line was equipped with two ironing workers. The traditional mode of "ironing + ironing" was used. The labor intensity was large and the production efficiency was not high.

    In addition, the air humidity in the natural environment of Southeast Asia is large, the steam pressure of the workshop is low, and the steam content of the iron is high. When a lot of clothes float across the sea to reach customers, it is easy to get damp and mildew.

    At the same time, in the quality inspection warehousing section, goods are manually pported and classified and packed, which requires a lot of labor and is easy to make mistakes, which makes the pportation and classification process costly and inefficient.

    In view of the above problems, Shanghai Weishi Machinery Co., Ltd. tailored the intelligent unmanned finishing system according to local conditions.

    The system is divided into two parts, including intelligent ironing system and intelligent high efficiency sorting system.

    Among them, the intelligent ironing system is composed of Weishi "Star" product HGX-Q9000 tunnel type ironing machine, combined with intelligent conveying and dynamic temporary storage module, and special clothes hanger with RFID chip.

    The intelligent heating system adopts tunnel finishing technology, and achieves some leisure sports through steam, hot air and some other automatic operation procedures.

    The intelligent ironing and post-processing can solve the problem of "drying and moisture-proof" and reduce the manpower investment and achieve the "unmanned" process.

    At the same time, the intelligent and efficient sorting system sets up the lifting device, the dynamic temporary storage device, the automatic input device and the intelligent sorting system device.

    According to the layout of workstations, the lifting device is hung on a hanger equipped with RFID automatic identification equipment, lifted to the upper orbit, and then the reader is installed through the input port to collect the information of a single garment quickly and pmit it to the control system.

    The control system carries out data association for each imported garment. Once the database is checked, it has the same data.

    The flow code, that is, the instruction stripping mechanism, has stripped the top and bottom of the same serial number to the same material bar and allocated it to the corresponding packaging line, thus realizing automatic matching and sorting, thereby greatly saving labor force, improving production efficiency and ensuring accurate matching.

    In addition, the intelligent unmanned post finishing system also includes control systems that can monitor the operation of all devices, as well as a control system capable of monitoring the workshop capacity and sewing production efficiency in real time. It greatly facilitates the management of the factory's production.

    After the actual application test of the purchaser, the whole process of the intelligent unmanned finishing system can reach 1500 pieces / time (25 pieces / minute). After 23 production lines, 46 ironing workers and 23 famous workers have been saved, thus shortening the layout of the pipeline.

    At the same time, the buyer made a comparison test on the humidity of the finished products before and after the process improvement, indicating that the qualified rate of the stereoscopic ironing product was 100%. After the automatic ironing treatment was completed, the garments on each sewing line were sorted to the designated location intelligently, and the problem of "fighting" which was easy to appear in the process of original inserting and changing the money was solved, which greatly improved the sorting efficiency and did not cause any confusion, and the efficiency was greatly improved.
