Fan Hongwei, vice chairman and chairman of Hengli shares, signed a crude oil purchase agreement with Ahmed Khunaini, general manager of Saudi Amy oil sales department.

Hengli refinery is the first privately owned large refinery to be put into production in China. It is also the first Chinese private refinery to successfully obtain long-term crude oil supply from Saudi Aramco.

Hengli refining and chemical integration project plans to import 20 million tons of crude oil in 2019.

Among them, Saudi Aramis as one of Hengli's main oil suppliers, will supply 6 million 500 thousand tons of crude oil to Hengli refinery, and estimate the total oil price by about 3 billion 600 million US dollars according to the oil price on the signing date.
