Recently, the Tianjin Binhai New Area market and quality supervision and Administration Bureau carried out quality sampling inspection on the down garments produced by 7 production enterprises in 5 provinces and municipalities directly under the jurisdiction of Guangdong, Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Shanghai and Tianjin. According to GB 18401-2010, "national textile product basic safety technical specification", GB/T5296.4-2012 "consumer goods use instructions fourth parts: textiles and clothing", GB/T 29862-2013 "textile fiber content identification" and product express standard. After public bidding, the qualified inspection institutions were selected for the following 19 indexes: product identification, fiber content, formaldehyde content, pH value, water fastness, color fastness to perspiration (acid and alkaline), color fastness to dry rubbing, color fastness to wet rubbing, decomposition of carcinogenic aromatic amine dyes, odor, color fastness to soaping, color fastness to light, down component determination, fluffiness, filling, oxygen consumption, cleanliness, odor level, feather and down varieties. After testing, 10 batches of down jacket were tested, 9 batches were qualified, and 1 batches were not qualified. The unqualified item is fiber content.
