After signing the agreement, Zhang Jinsong set a small goal. "At the beginning, I said I could make 100 thousand yuan a day, because we didn't have 100 thousand yuan at all."
After several practices, the target of 100 thousand was quickly achieved, and the number gradually increased.
In less than 5 months' cooperation, the total volume of orders in China increased by 213% compared with the usual one, and GMV was close to 10 million.
Among them, online O2O orders reached 87 thousand orders, the growth is closer to 19 times, online shopping, multi-point free purchase and self-help purchase of intelligent purchase orders increased by more than 1 times.
Zhang Jinsong emphasized that it is more important to force the whole mechanism of traditional retailing industry through cooperation with many points, "how to raise efficiency more efficiently, make the structure of commodities more reasonable, and make customers feel better about buying experience."
Zhang Jinsong believes that with more than one year of cooperation, it has proved that this is a low cost, high efficiency and grounding mode. He also hopes that hesitant bystanders can take one or two stores to test.
Zhang Jinsong said that through multi-point partnership meetings and cooperation with more than one year, we have further strengthened our confidence in cooperation with many points, and the next step is to deepen docking and advance.
