Keqiao is a typical case.

Keqiao District, Shaoxing City, Zhejiang Province, has the largest textile distributing center in the world, China Textile City.

Keqiao district has long been among the top 100 counties in the country. When faced with a crisis, many people doubt that Keqiao's textile and dyeing industry still needs to be avoided.

"Textile printing and dyeing is Keqiao's leading industry and people's livelihood industry. As long as the pformation and upgrading is successful, it is still a dominant industry."

Shen Zhijiang said Keqiao must do it well and do it.

Shen Zhijiang said that the proportion of Keqiao's textile industry changed from the past 65% to the current 57%, but the total volume and profit continued to grow. In 2018, the turnover of China Light Textile City exceeded 220 billion yuan.

Shen Zhijiang said that at present, Keqiao is making efforts to provide more new experiences and samples for Zhejiang province through the deepening of "Mu + +".

In addition, Keqiao persists in leading talents and developing new high-tech industries.

At present, there are 105 talents of "thousand person plan" in the whole country and the province, ranking the top three in the counties and cities of Zhejiang Province, and the rapid growth of new and high technologies, such as new energy, new materials, chip manufacturing and artificial intelligence.

Meanwhile, Keqiao insists on giving priority to ecology and vigorously improving the development environment.

The green water and green hills have been restored, and 80% of the waters in the region are above three types of water. The bad rate of financial loans in Keqiao has dropped from the past 3.05% to 1% now, the lowest in five years. The balance of deposits and loans has increased 12.3%, reaching the highest in five years.
