Chen Renzhong, director of the administrative committee of Songxi County Economic Development Zone, said that Changle has the reputation of "China's Textile City". Songxi must learn from Changle to build a new textile industry.

In 2015, Songxi and Changle reached a cooperation to establish the Changle Shanhai collaborative Industrial Park in Songxi.

Zhenjiang Kou village, South Lantau Island, Minhou, is a traditional textile base. In the past, enterprises were small in scale and lacking in planning. Now the economy is developing rapidly, and the cost of land and logistics is restricting the development of textile enterprises.

Therefore, the four shareholders merged the factory with a total investment of two hundred million yuan and landed in Songxi to build 6 production lines to promote the annual production of 10 thousand tons of new functional shoe material fabrics.

"Transportation material cost is about 1500 yuan per ton. After relocation to the park, the cost of production and circulation links will be reduced. The annual savings of several hundred thousand yuan will enable enterprises to better enter the middle and high-end market."

Zhou Sen, deputy director of Songxi economic information and Commerce Bureau, said that enterprises landing in Songxi will not only save freight costs, get material price concessions, but also enjoy Songxi's offer of one enterprise, one strategy and tax incentives.

With the help of Changle District, Songxi county has focused on the short chain of the industrial chain, and has targeted investment in the chain, from selling raw materials to making finished products, and promoting the development of the industry to the high-end.

Last year, Songxi county and Minhou County Textile Industrial Co., Ltd. signed a total investment of 350 million yuan in China's new non-woven material base project.

In order to form industrial agglomeration, Songxi plans to occupy 500 acres of "Songxi Changle" Textile Industrial Park, build standardized factory buildings in the county, and make the landing enterprises turn from heavy assets to light assets, so as to lighten the burden of enterprises.

"At that time, more than 20 enterprises will be stationed in the park. The production of products will use a large number of high-end pet staple fibers, forming a cluster effect with the support of Min Rui."

Chen Renzhong said that after the project is completed and put into operation, the output value is expected to be 1 billion yuan, and the annual tax revenue will be more than 10 million yuan, of which the output of shoe material and non-woven fabric will exceed 30% of the total output of the country.

In the next 35 years, there will be more than 30 enterprises in the upstream and downstream sectors, forging industrial clusters worth more than 6 billion yuan.
