The achievement has complete independent intellectual property rights, and the production of GQ4522 grade (TZ700S, CCF700S) carbon fiber through dry spray wet spinning process achieves stable operation of the spinning speed of 500 m / minute grade raw silk, and the performance and stability of the product after carbonization are comparable to that of the international T700S grade carbon fiber.

The appraisal committee was organized by the China Federation of textile industry. The expert committee composed of 7 experts, Sun Jinliang, academician of Chinese Academy of engineering and academician Yu Jian Yong of the Chinese Academy of engineering, inspected the production site, listened to the report of the company's project achievements, and highly appraised the research results.

The project is sponsored by China Textile Industry Federation and Shandong carbon fiber technology innovation center. Weihai development and Beijing University of Chemical Technology draw on the key technology of "CCF-3 type carbon fiber industrialization technology development" prepared by National 863 program.

Aiming at the existing spinning speed and stability problems of domestic T700S carbon fiber, the project research is carried out.

The 500 meter / minute spinning key technology in Weihai has promoted the improvement of domestic carbon fiber dry wet spinning technology, which is beneficial to further reducing the production cost of dry and wet carbon fiber, and is beneficial to the further popularization and application of domestic carbon fiber. It will have a demonstration leading role in this industry.
