According to the "development plan", in 2025, the main business income of Tai'an's textile and garment industry is expected to exceed 100 billion and enter the second echelon of the whole province.

Li Tao, expert engineer of China Textile Construction Planning Institute, has carried out a comprehensive interpretation of the specific contents of the development plan, made a clear and clear orientation for the future Tai'an textile and garment industry, established a brand new development target, and put forward nine development strategies and six key tasks, which has drawn a grand blueprint for the development of the textile and garment industry in our city.

At present, China's textile industry is at a critical stage of strategic adjustment. Resources integration, industrial upgrading, intelligent manufacturing, customization, mode innovation, and cluster development have become the consensus of textile industry and enterprises.

Li Tao said that for the textile and garment industry in Tai'an, the leading enterprises, the characteristics of the industry, the key elements of resources and the strong profitability are the advantages. Small scale and negative growth are the disadvantages. At the same time, Shandong faces the challenges of "new and old energy conversion", state support for intelligent manufacturing, clothing processing and printing and dyeing as scarce resources, single enterprise competition to the supply chain competition and other opportunities, and the textile industry in every province has its own characteristics and competitiveness.

According to the "development plan", the future positioning of Tai'an's textile and garment industry is to develop new kinetic energy with intelligent manufacturing, mode innovation and new textile materials as the industry; take clothing and industrial textiles as the main body; take the high profit rate as the development direction; and form a comprehensive industrial cluster with distinctive characteristics, moderate volume and military and civilian integration.

"Planning" also puts forward nine development strategies for the development of Tai'an's textile industry: spinning and clothing enterprises enhance their operation level through intelligent pformation; the conditional enterprises or the third party carry out supply chain services; use new materials as the means to improve the added value of industrial textiles; rely on satellite factory processing points to make the garment industry; take standardized yarn, high-end rope nets, new material geogrids and linen textile terminal products as regional differentiated products; take "high-performance fiber production and application, military uniform carrier manufacturing" as the starting point for civil military integration; cultivate fashion and creative industries; take electric business as the breakthrough point for brand development; upgrade industrial ecology around the development strategy of leading enterprises; use sewage indicators to introduce high-level printing and dyeing. The development plan defines six key tasks for the development of Tai'an's textile industry: the use of poverty alleviation funds to build standard factories; speed up the construction of Characteristic Towns and professional parks; target enterprises with grey printing and dyeing enterprises and garment processing supporting enterprises; implement precise investment; support qualified enterprises to enter the capital market; support and promote the construction of key projects; and create a good talent environment.
