In 5 years, we have gathered 20 top domestic spinning and weaving enterprises to reach 40 thousand looms and ten million spindles, and create 50 billion output value each year. The project is divided into five phases, of which 1 million are built in the first phase, covering 1125 acres, with a total investment of 3 billion 500 million yuan.
