Water jet weaving fabrics are mainly suede and peach skin. Polyester fine denier and super fine silk fabrics must be ground and processed to achieve their desired style.

However, there are different requirements for plain silk for grinding.

(2) requirements for fabric design. The main problem is the allocation of longitude and latitude density. When grinding the abrasive paper to the fabric, the first phase (warp or weft) thread is first grinded into the fabric. Therefore, when designing the ratio of warp and weft density, we must fully consider that the silk thread that must be ground is higher than that of another thread. It is necessary to consider the factors such as the type and fabric of warp and weft silk, so as to get a reasonable arrangement of density. Otherwise, it will seriously affect the effect of grinding, and even wear it. Of course, in the post processing, shrinkage and other measures can be used to make up a little, but if the basic structure is unreasonable, the final product will be discounted.

(3) the fabric used for billet grinding is most demanding.

The way of billet grinding has unique advantages.

(1) the cost is low, because it is a direct sanding machine directly behind the loom, thus eliminating the drying, inspection and predefined procedures.

(2) the handle is good. When the dryer is in the dryer, the fabric will be subjected to tension, so the weft knitted fabric will be more convex after the weft shrinkage, so that the grinding effect will be better. Moreover, since the drying tube is only about 100 C, the fabric can still be loosened. However, the way of billet grinding determines that cloth must be checked on the machine. As a result, the quality requirements of fabrics will be very harsh, because there is less inspection for a blank. At the same time, it is absolutely not allowed to have creases and other defects that are not conducive to grinding. That is to say, it is necessary to make all preparations for the polishing operation immediately after the water loom.
