For the sake of safety precaution, merchants set up a sign of "halt on foot" at the door, asking the takeaway to fetch meals outside the shop, instead of entering the shop as usual.

It is pointed out that the wholesale and retail businesses, housing and catering, logistics and transportation, cultural tourism and other industries that are affected by the epidemic, as well as enterprises with prospects for development, but temporarily affected by the epidemic, especially small and micro enterprises, should not blindly loan, break loans or suppress loans.

Since February, Beijing, Shanghai, Suzhou, Ningbo, Taizhou, Guangdong and other provinces and cities have issued relevant documents supporting small and medium-sized enterprises and small and micro enterprises. These documents will benefit the real business to a certain extent.

But the outbreak is still reminding operators and brand dealers that they need to continuously improve the operation mode and brand management mode of commercial real estate, so as to make them more capable of resisting risks.
