For the next step, Ma Yongguo said that we should plan well and transform the textile and garment industry from traditional to modern fashion. We should encourage technological innovation and build a public service platform. Do a good job in brand building, changing from OEM to ODM and brand marketing. Dandong textile industry will be promoted to 100 billion industries. For potential risks, Feng Gang said: first, when the price fluctuation of raw materials and insufficient supply will be solved, the uncertainty will be solved. Dandong high tech Zone is a protective textile industrial cluster in Liaoning province. At present, Dandong high-tech zone has only 2 textile and garment processing enterprises above Designated Size, accounting for less than 10% of the textile and garment enterprises in the whole zone, and less than 25% of output value. There is a lack of textile and garment enterprises above Designated Size, especially the lack of larger scale leading enterprises in textile and clothing industry. At present, some textile and garment enterprises in Dandong hi tech Zone have a higher logistics cost due to the fact that the purchase and sale channels of raw materials are far away, and the transportation costs are relatively large. Three is the lack of funds for the development of enterprises. Due to the small scale of some textile and garment enterprises and the low credit rating of small and medium-sized textile and garment enterprises, financial institutions are unwilling to grant loans to them without the credit guarantee agencies' risk sharing. This leads to the shortage of funds for some small and medium-sized enterprises, which seriously affects the starting rate, scale of development and innovation input of enterprises. Insufficient funds have become a stumbling block for the development of textile and garment enterprises in the park, especially for small and medium-sized enterprises. The four is that there are not many enterprises with independent brands, some enterprises do "dress" for others, and take the OEM processing mode. Some enterprises have a serious loss of professional and managerial talents, and the age of those on the job tends to be old. At the same time, the academic leaders, technical and managerial talents of textile and clothing are even more scarce. The loss of talents and faults seriously restrict the development of Dandong's textile and garment industry.

As for the measures to upgrade and develop the park, Lv Wenxue said that taking the construction of the national new industrialization textile industry demonstration park as the turning point, taking the outdoor textile and garment industry of Dandong as the leader and the integration of the army and the people as the breakthrough point, we should create a sports outdoor and textile protective clothing industry chain, and promote the new bio based textile materials, high-grade combed yarn, a variety of fiber blending, and green. Environmental protection printing and dyeing, fabrics, tussah silk fabrics and sports outdoor, textile and protective clothing industry and other aspects of all-round, high-quality and rapid development. Focusing on the production and development of new textile and fabrics, we should extend the sound industrial chain to form a new growth point of the textile and garment industry. The company has turned over to produce protective clothing, and the market is in good condition. Experts hope that Dandong textile industry will go to a new stage.

Wang Chong, President of Liaoning textile and Garment Association, believes that Dandong is a key area of Liaoning's textile industry, especially since the outbreak. Dandong's protective clothing production enterprises are the largest in Liaoning and the largest output. Liaoning is the 70% export enterprise. The epidemic caused the cancellation of foreign trade orders, the delivery date can not be guaranteed, the backlog and other problems. However, many enterprises also saw the opportunity of transformation, making use of the long-term processing advantages to Japan and Korea, through the upstream and downstream enterprises to exchange, to transform to domestic brand enterprises.
