The reporter learned that the vortex spinning process combines the traditional three processes of roving, ring spinning and winding into one process, realizing the integration of textile processes. The spinning speed is 5 times that of the past rotor spinning. The entire intelligent factory is 30000 square meters, reducing the original employment of 600 people to 60 people, saving about 90% of the labor.

"The vortex spinning intelligent factory is our digital and intelligent spinning benchmark workshop focusing on chain extension, chain supplement and chain strengthening. It was put into operation at the end of last year and reached an effect, with an annual output of 24000 tons of high-grade vortex spinning yarn for clothing fabrics." said Li Zhaofeng, deputy general manager of Linqing Sanhe Textile Group Co., Ltd. As the main enterprise in the light industry and textile industry chain of Liaocheng City, in recent years, the company has increased the large-scale equipment update in the textile industry, greatly improved the production efficiency, and achieved remarkable results in energy conservation and consumption reduction. In the first half of this year, the total industrial output value of Linqing Sanhe Textile Group Co., Ltd. was 3.532 billion yuan, up 29.8% year on year.

In May this year, Linqing Sanhe Textile Group Co., Ltd. signed an agreement with Wuhan Textile University to jointly build Luxi Textile and Clothing Industry Research Institute. The intelligent air conditioning system jointly developed and designed by the scientific research team and enterprises of Wuhan Textile University will be applied in intelligent weaving projects. At the project site of the intelligent weaving workshop, workers are debugging 533 new air jet looms. After the project reaches its capacity, it has the equipment configuration to produce a variety of products, meet the customized needs of customers, and integrate the process technology with independent property rights, so that the production and operation capacity is accelerated.
