"We have 4 printing and dyeing production lines each, with a total investment of 100 million yuan. With the production of printing and dyeing production lines, we have realized the whole industrial chain of spinning, weaving, printing and dyeing, further ensuring the high quality and high added value of our products." Chen Weijiang, director of the Economic Development Bureau of the Alar Economic Development Zone, said, "There are 41 textile and clothing enterprises above designated size in the park. The park has built a production capacity of 2.62 million spindles, 300000 tons of polyester fiber and 340000 tons of viscose fiber. At present, the" three ten billion industry clusters "of cotton spinning, polyester and viscose have begun to take shape. By 2023, the textile and clothing industry will achieve an output value of 11.37 billion yuan."

In addition, Alar City, the first division, has also actively introduced new projects. Alar City Lexiao Industrial Co., Ltd., which settled in the Economic Development Zone in May 2023, is now focusing on debugging equipment and striving to officially put it into operation in September this year. Relying on Alar Zhongtai Textile Technology Co., Ltd. as the "chain owner" enterprise, the company can produce about 1 ton of civilian functional daily consumption cotton textile products by purchasing 1.1 tons of viscose fiber as raw materials.

Chen Yang, the general manager of the company, said: "At present, our products are mainly facial washcloth, cotton towel, wet towel, etc. Relying on the advantages of local raw materials, after the three production lines are fully put into production, we can achieve an annual output value of 330 million yuan and annual profits and taxes of 20 million yuan."

In the first half of this year, the textile industry in Alar Economic and Technological Development Zone "carried the banner", showing a rapid growth trend, with a substantial increase of more than 50%, injecting strong impetus into the economic development of Alar City, the first division.
