In March 2024, on the stage of Shanghai Fashion Week, the national geographical indication trademark "Dongli Cashmere" made a stunning appearance. While showing the soft, comfortable and fashionable charm of cashmere products, it made "Made in Inner Mongolia" famous and won unanimous praise from the audience on the scene.

At present, Chifeng Cashmere Textile Industrial Park has built Dongrong University, jointly run schools with Tianjin University of Technology, Inner Mongolia University of Technology and Inner Mongolia Industrial Vocational and Technical College, built "Tianjin University of Technology Practice Base", and introduced 19 high-level textile professionals including doctors and masters; 632 talents of various types of work, such as flat knitting workers and spinners, have been trained, 128 of whom have obtained certificates of senior workers and senior technicians. More and more talents have been introduced through the implementation of the "Talent Team Plan", "Textile Talent Plan" and "Textile Craftsman Plan".

At the same time, the local government also invested 12 million yuan to set up a wool textile center laboratory, a technology research and development innovation center and an innovation practice factory. The research and development team led by textile professional doctors and industry experts has won 25 national patents, 1 national science and technology innovation award, and participated in the formulation of 9 international groups and national standards at all levels.
