After the harmonious and steady development of the above two ideas, we will introduce third kinds of thoughts Taoism.
Taoists praise "empty, quiet and inaction" and "govern by doing nothing". Many people feel that the Taoist ideology is negative and not suitable for management. In fact, the philosophical connotation of Taoism is that it is flexible and resilience, with a strong resilience.
It can be said that no one can destroy.
At this stage, the enterprise has become a powerful, highly intelligent, and indestructible organization that can operate on its own.
The above three kinds of thinking have their own characteristics, but apart from them, they show their shortcomings and shortcomings. Only when combined, can their power be strong, but we must not overturn the order or overemphasize one kind of thinking.
Relying too much on the law to govern an enterprise, it is easy to cause staff loyalty to be low, no sense of belonging, even feel unequal, oppressed and company.
Such enterprises will easily collapse and collapse if they encounter major crises or difficulties.
Too much emphasis on Confucianism is very easy to lead to the situation that Li always mentioned in the previous case.
Daoist and Taoist thoughts should be introduced when the first two ideas have laid a solid foundation for the company.
I once heard a leader of a certain company talk about doing nothing but govern by doing nothing. But what I know is that their enterprises have not yet perfected the fines system.
At this time, thinking about nothing can only be a mess.
What I mentioned above is only the ideological level, not the management method. The Western rigorous scientific management method and process are very worthy of our learning and reference. One is the ideological level, the other is the method level, and the two do not conflict.
