In the eyes of the students, Zhao Wencai, who came from Guizhou rural area, liked to make models of toy cars and tanks with mud.

In middle school, his hobby was pferred to some electrical appliances at home.

In September 2003, Zhao Wencai was admitted to the resource College of China University of Geosciences (Wuhan).

After entering the University, his research interest was bigger, and began to create some "original" invention.

In the absence of experimental sites and equipment, he regarded his dormitory as a "laboratory". The two desks in front of the bed were full of experimental equipment and scientific research books, such as welding wires, chips, electric drill and so on.

In his freshman year, he invented an automatic heating water saving tap and won the national patent.

Since then, in the four years of University, he has successively invented 9 patents, such as automatic peeling device for fruits and fruits, fast mineral detector, voice type single lamp traffic light, driver's drunken automatic driving system, and won many prizes in various scientific and technological activities of the University.

When he was in his sophomore year, he saw a car accident.

When a woman was crossing the street, she was hit by a speeding car when she was fascinated by text messages.

Standing at the scene of the accident, he suddenly thought, "if there is a traffic light with voice prompt function, the accident will be avoided."

To this end, he visited the traffic control department, drivers and passers-by many times, and was fully affirmed, and then plunged into the development of the voice type single lamp traffic light. He went to bed at one or two in the morning.

Research funding is the biggest problem he faces. For this reason, he took out all his living expenses, and within half a month, he could only rely on steamed bread to satisfy his hunger.

Many of his classmates laughed at him as a madman, and he retorted, "crazy people also have the ideal of a madman. I would like to be a madman on the road of invention."

From innovation to entrepreneurship, as a technology enthusiast, Zhao Wencai is also keen on helping younger graders who love innovation. His dormitory has become an office for helping students to innovate.

Zhao Wencai saw that many students did not understand intellectual property rights or lack the necessary conditions. Many creative ideas could not be turned into patent products. Or because they could not find reliable platforms, many of their patented products were always a piece of paper and could not be turned into productive forces.

"The state strongly advocates innovation, and is also interested in it. Why not start an intellectual property consulting firm on its own?"

Zhao Wencai, who was still in the second year of senior high school, had such an idea for the first time.

Since it is innovation, it is necessary to know about intellectual property related knowledge. With the help of a PhD friend, Zhao Wencai has taught himself the patent law and other related courses.

At the same time, he also realized that it is very important to start a business and learn how to adapt to various rules of the game in the future commercial society, how to adapt to the way of teamwork and how to solve the market problems.

At the suggestion of a school professor, Zhao Wencai learned the knowledge of finance, management, marketing and other professional knowledge, and began to consciously broaden the circle of communication and create his own entrepreneurial team.

During this period, he also made many friends, including experts from the provincial science and technology office, the intellectual property bureau and many friends in the business community, who gave him many useful suggestions and help in the process of his entrepreneurial and patent pformation.

Most of the students are busy preparing for the postgraduate entrance examination or looking for a job.

Zhao Wen's talent resources exploration project is a shortage of majors. He could have found a very good job. But he gave up the opportunity of direct employment and admission to graduate students. In winter, Zhao Wencai saved the company's expenses and climbed up the sign of the tall building alone. Zhang Shanming bought the most practical office equipment and haggled with the merchants in the snow. Li Zhoumu worked hard to finish the work plan for several days.

Because of the misunderstanding of several entrepreneurs in the operation of the market, the company has been in the early stages of operation.

But Zhao Wencai and his partners were not discouraged. Instead, they began to discuss and summarize carefully. Combined with the actual situation of the company, they formulated the strict rules and regulations and adjusted the company's market strategy in time.

A new graduate student has a graduate student who usually works well, but his clothes are casual and sometimes he wears slippers to work in the company.

Although the company was badly in need of talent, Zhao Wencai finally decided to lay off the graduate student after several ineffective persuasion.

At present, the company is committed to developing the university market in Wuhan.

After the joint efforts of Zhao Wencai and the management of the company, in less than half a year, they have instructed students to declare 79 national patents, several of which are discussing with the developers about the pformation.
