Henan Ningbo Fuyong Knitted Garment Industrial City Project Signing Ceremony Held

On April 17th, the signing ceremony of Henan Ningbo Fuyong knitted garment industrial city was held at Kaiyuan grand hotel.

City leaders Gu Jun, Zhu Liping, Sun Fengnian, Yang Shuizhi, Sun Jigang, Zhao Jianlu and others attended the ceremony.

The project is a textile industry project invested by the Weishi people's government and Ningbo Fuyong Printing Co., Ltd., which integrates knitting, dyeing, printing and clothing. The total investment is 1 billion 200 million yuan, including fixed assets investment of 800 million yuan and circulating capital of 400 million yuan. It will start construction in April this year and is expected to be completed and put into operation in September 2009.

After commissioning, annual output of 30 thousand tons of knitted cotton, 30 thousand tons of dyeing and finishing, 10 thousand tons of cloth printing and 4 million dozen of garments are estimated. The annual output value is 2 billion yuan, and the annual profits tax is 300 million yuan.

Zhu Liping, standing committee member and deputy mayor of the municipal Party committee, gave affirmation and blessing to the development prospect of the project.

Cao Faying, Secretary of the Weishi county Party committee, said in his speech that the settlement of the project will change the situation of spinning and weaving in Weishi cotton textile industry, forming a complete industrial chain from cotton spinning to weaving, dyeing and printing, and garment making.

At the same time, it will increase the industrial output value of the county by 20 billion yuan and provide tens of thousands of jobs for the society.

Wang Guoli, chairman of Weishi county magistrate, and Zhang Yifan, chairman of Ningbo Fuyong Printing Co., Ltd. jointly signed a cooperation agreement.
