Effective Management Determines Economic Benefits
I am a "veteran" clothing terminal salesperson. I have been a store manager for a few years at the Yangzhou store in Shanshan, and I have gained some experience.

The salesmen of Yangzhou Shanshan store are recruited from the labor market. Our higher requirements for salesmen, such as high school graduation, age below 25 years of age, certain business experience, etc., have been preliminarily recruited after the interview has been qualified, and systematic training has been carried out for the initial recruits.
In the training of salesmen, our Shanshan store always trains some salesmen according to some effective steps.
1, after the interview is qualified, the trainees are arranged for probation, and the trainees are usually arranged at weekends. Because weekend traffic is more, they can see clearly the whole sales process, give full play to their strengths and gradually adapt to the environment of the store.
2, the preliminary training starts from the following aspects: talking about the feeling of three day probation and the necessary conditions for being a qualified salesperson; introducing the situation of Shanshan enterprise, understanding the enterprise connotation, selling skills, polite language, mastering commodity knowledge, improving service quality, and finding a breakthrough point for approaching customers.
3, after the end of training, those who have passed the examination will sign labor contracts to protect the interests of both sides.
The store is the window of the company, the place of sale and purchase. It represents the image of an enterprise, and the management of the store is the key to success or failure.
During these years, I worked as a manager of Yangzhou Shanshan store. I summed up some ways to manage the store management.
We are the window industry. The appearance of the salesperson is very important. It requires uniform dress, hands crossed in front, showing professional image, reflecting the spirit and standard management.
Customers walk into stores and customers leave stores. They emphasize on standard polite expressions: "welcome, hello", "welcome to come again", "please go well" and so on.
When a customer enters a store, he should not rush into a rush. The salesperson must pay attention to the facial expression of the customer. When the customer has been paying attention to a product or touching with the customer, he can skillfully ask questions and find pointcuts. Different types of customers should adopt different ways to satisfy the customers' needs as much as possible.
The focus of marketing is commodity knowledge. We should learn professional knowledge and understand the psychology of customers while we sell well. When we sell products, we must let customers understand the characteristics, advantages, advantages and maintenance methods of products.
The store manager is a shop leader. There are ideas and strategies for the shop's sampling, placing and operation. The model of the store is novel. We change it once a week and create a focus with color matching.
The hygiene of the shop should be neat and clear, giving the customers a relaxed and clean shopping environment. Every morning, they should focus on cleaning. After the noon shift, they must clean the surface glass and the floor, and cover the suit cover before going to work to prevent dust.
Through the joint efforts of all the colleagues in the franchised stores, we had the highest daily sales of 120 thousand yuan, and achieved better economic and social benefits.
