The "three pack" service of Adidas, a well-known sports brand, has recently been questioned in Shanghai: the conditions for consumers to enjoy the warranty service are severe, and the depreciation fee is also payable.
The Consumer Protection Committee of Shanghai recently received a complaint. Mr. Zhang bought a pair of sneakers at Adidas store at a price of more than 400 yuan.
After less than 3 months, the two shoes had different degrees of blistering. One of the shoes was obviously degumming.
Mr. Zhang asked for change, but the staff said they should collect the depreciation fee according to the selling price and 0.5% standard per day.
Shanghai Consumer Protection Committee found that although Adidas sports shoes on the packaging box marked the quality of products to implement the "three package", but did not list specific terms.
When consumers buy such goods, they can not clearly know what kind of "Three Guarantees" service they can enjoy.
Tang Jiansheng, Vice Minister of the Shanghai municipal consumer protection committee, said that at present, there is no special standard of "Three Guarantees" for the quality of footwear products in China. However, Shanghai and other cities have already formulated relevant local standards.
According to the survey, the contents of the "Three Guarantees" formulated by Adidas have not reached the local standard.
For example, if the shoes are not repaired for two consecutive repairs, they can be exchanged, and the depreciation fee is also charged. The compensation standard for goods with quality defects is less than 15% of the selling price.
Experts said that the contents of the enterprise's "three package" service should be clearly expressed to consumers, so as to protect consumers' right to know.
At the same time, the "Three Guarantees" service should comply with the relevant standards, and can not be discounted in execution.
