German Machinery Orders Fell Sixteen Percentage Points In October
German industrial group VDMA1 said that the new orders for factories and machinery industry in Germany dropped by 16% in real terms in October, and 8% in new orders from 8 to October.
Comprehensive external power December 1st reported that German industrial group VDMA1 said that Germany's October factory and machinery industry new orders fell by 16% in real terms.
Domestic orders fell by 10%, and overseas orders fell by 19%. From 8 to October, the new order year decreased by 8%, of which domestic orders fell by 2% and overseas orders decreased by 12%.
But the decline in new orders does not involve all sectors.
