Asymmetric leather shoes are different styles of inside and outside malleolus.

This style of leather shoes breaks the symmetry and balance of the modeling principle, strives to help the changes in style and match with the popular bias shoe last (also known as foot last), with a repeated asymmetric modeling, so that the whole shoe complement each other.

According to the characteristics of asymmetric leather shoe structure and line segmentation methods, it can be divided into the following categories:

(1) rotary: a development of the outer ear type, the inner ankle shoe ear has evolved into a tripping belt, and it is twisted around the outer ankle shoes to tie with the shoe buckle.

(2) false cover type: the lateral malleolus is the combination of the surrounding cover and the surrounding strip. The medial malleolus is a whole structure. It is unexpected and reasonable. It makes people feel very friendly.

(3) slanting head type: the front part is divided into Baotou shaped parts, but the Baotou line adopts oblique lines. Usually the medial malleolus is in front, and the lateral malleolus is in the rear, which is consistent with the human foot bone.

The combination of the reverse stitching method makes the inner and outer ankle parts asymmetric, which is different from the traditional three quarter leather shoes in Baotou.

(4) slanting door type: refers to the style that the mouth door of shallow leather shoes is inclined or slanted, and the shape of the inside and outside ankles is completely different.

(1) half paste method

1. after sticking to the last shoe, draw the line of the external malleolus first according to the outer ear shoe style.

2. draw the inner ear ankle tie shoe ear on the outer ankle shoe ear part. The method is: when drawing to the middle suture, then fold it and draw it on the outer ankle shoe ear, so the inner ankle tie shoe shoe is made up of two parts.

3. sampling method: when sampling the inner ear ankle shoe, the shoe ear part should be removed first and the tie belt part removed. Then the two parts will be combined.

If the alignment of the joint is not smooth, minor modifications should be made, so that the complete inner ear ankle strap shoe ear template can be obtained.

The 4. way of the curve is: the inner ear ankle tie shoe ears are located in the middle of the shoe last, so there is no seesaw.

However, considering the influence of the thickness of the material in the shoes, after handling the difference between the inside and outside ankle of the shoe lock point, it should be lengthened about 2~3?

(two) local full paste method.

The paper must be firmly bonded to the upper ankle at the back line.

3. draw the outline of the inner ear ankle tie shoe on the beautiful paper or kraft paper pasted on the inner ankle, and continue to draw the outline of the belt extending to the outer ankle shoes, and determine the fixed position of the buckle.

4. when sampling, the shoes of the tie shoe can be removed at one time in the inner malleolus, then the outer part of the ankle should be removed with a garish method.

The 5. way of the stilts is the same as the half stick method.

Obviously, part of the whole sticking method, though getting the outline of the inner ear shoes, should ensure that the inside and outside positions of the inner and outer ankle shoes are identical.

So from this perspective, the semi stick rule is better.

4. it is more convenient to sample the fine paper.

But when the koji is processed, the internal and external malleolus should be treated separately and then merged. Of course, it can also be processed without separation, but the operation is complex and difficult to grasp.

(1) half paste method

2. a section of the diagonal Baotou extending to the medial malleolus, folded at the back midline of the last face, and drawn to the last surface of the ankle.

3. take the lateral malleolus Baotou line as the boundary, take out the Baotou model and the middle side template of the lateral malleolus, and perform the treatment of the curved stilts.

4. take the medial malleolus oblique Baotou line as the boundary, remove the Baotou model and the middle side template of the medial malleolus, and perform the differential treatment of the koji and the medial and external malleolus.

5. based on the Chinese suture line, the Baotou model of the medial and outer ankle is combined, and the slanted Baotou line is trimmed to make it round and smooth, which means the slanting Baotou model.

Similarly, based on the Chinese suture line, the model of the medial and external ankle joint is merged.

(two) local full paste method.

1. use the tattoo paper to paste the last part: from the front point to the front part of the front point, use the full paste method, then stick the outer ankle only.

2. use the kraft paper to paste the last: first put the outer ankle last face, make up the three cuts of the tarsal side, and cut the extra kraft paper from the middle side of the last face, then use the half size of the last paper to stick the inner ankle last face to the front point.

The paper must be firmly bonded to the upper ankle at the back line.

3. based on the slanted Baotou line, the slanting Baotou template and the middle side template are taken out. The template includes the inner and outer ankle templates, showing a curved surface.

4., the slanting Baotou template and the middle side model are divided into two parts, the inner and outer ankle, which are divided into the inner and outer ankle.

5. merge the inner and outer ankle Baotou patterns after the curved ends, and trim the slanted Baotou line to make it round and smooth, that is, the slanting Baotou model.

Similarly, the model of the medial and lateral malleolus should be combined and the slanted Baotou line should be trimmed so as to make the model fit.

It is more convenient to sample when the whole paper is applied.

When the koji is processed, the internal and external malleolus can be separated and processed separately or separately.

3. draw the outline of the medial malleolus door and the contour of the false cover on the beautiful paper or kraft paper affixed to the medial malleolus.

In comparison, the half door type leather shoes are better with semi stick method.

Because the asymmetrical parts of the gate can be treated as a difference between the inside and outside the ankle.
