Supplementary Notice Of The Ministry Of Finance And The State Administration Of Taxation On The Taxation Issues Of China Securities Investor Protection Fund Co., Ltd.

The provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the central government and cities under separate planning shall be the departments of Finance (bureaus), the state taxation bureaus and the local taxation bureaus.
In order to support the development of capital market and further enhance the risk resisting ability of capital market, the supplementary notice on tax issues of China Securities Investor Protection Fund Co., Ltd. is hereby given as follows:
With the approval of the State Council, the proportion of securities companies' protection fund stipulated by the Ministry of Finance and the State Administration of Taxation on the tax issues of China Securities Investors Protection Fund Co., Ltd. (Finance and tax [2006]169 No. 0.5%) is adjusted from 0.5% to 5%.
This Circular shall be implemented from January 1, 2007.
