In fact, I think personal abilities and charisma belong to the category of leadership. Personal ability mainly refers to professional ability; personal charisma includes moral character, personality, self-cultivation, and communication ability, decision-making ability and judgement ability in work. As a manager, having a strong ability to work is the foundation, otherwise it can not do the work well, nor can it serve the crowd. Relying on strong working ability to achieve personal examples too much, far from it, look at the company's top leadership, which is not from the salesperson or grassroots management origin, rely on their outstanding personal ability step by step to stand out from the grassroots, to achieve today's results? If their abilities are not as good as ours, they will not admire and identify with them now.
So, personally, I think that at the beginning of my career, it is most important to exercise my ability to find problems, analyze problems and solve problems. At that time, we were in the stage of "learning". Most of them were single soldier and did not need too much personal charisma. However, with the continuous improvement of personal capabilities and the gradual upgrading of positions, we enter the realm of "being the right". At this point, we often lead a team in "fighting". At this moment, the demand for personal charm gradually surpasses personal ability and becomes one of the most important qualities of managers, because you need it to unite the whole team firmly and strive for a common goal.
Throughout history, all rule managers are not necessarily the most powerful in all aspects. However, in order to consolidate the regime, he needs more power than others to help him to govern the country or organization. The larger the organization, the more capable people are. Why do so many "able people" listen to the leadership of managers? The state relies on power and the organization relies on the strong personal charisma of the manager. There are so many cases. We know that during the Three Kingdoms period, the era of heroes emerged in Chinese history. As a generation of Liu Bei, many people feel that he is a mediocre person, but a puppet emperor in Zhu Geliang's hands. Yes, if you want to continue to develop your career goals, consciously improving your personal leadership is the key. What is leadership? The definition is too rigid and not to mention.
