Fifth, Party A shall carry out safety education for Party B before Party B enters the construction site.

Sixth according to the requirements of production posts, Party A shall provide necessary safety protection measures to Party B and issue necessary labor protection articles according to the relevant provisions of the state's labor safety and hygiene.

Seventh Party A shall establish a safety production system according to the relevant laws and regulations of the state, and Party B shall strictly abide by the labor safety system of Party A, strictly prohibit illegal operation, prevent accidents in the labor process and reduce occupational hazards.

Five. Alteration, dissolution, termination and renewal of labor discipline and labor contracts.

The Thirteenth Amendment, cancellation, termination and renewal of the contract shall be communicated to the other party in written form before the prescribed time limit, and the contract shall not be altered, terminated or terminated without authorization.

Six. Liability for breach of contract, labor dispute handling and others.

The sixteenth rules and regulations and other special agreements formulated by Party A as the appendix of the labor contract have the same legal effect as the labor contract.

The seventeenth contract is not in conformity with the relevant provisions of the state or Sichuan Province, and shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions.
