    In Shenzhen, the bustling commercial streets are large and small.

    When I run around, I can never find the right store.

    One day, I saw in magazines that in the Europe and America and Hongkong, "upstairs shop" is very popular, and many people are still doing business at home. I have a brainwave, and suddenly I have a very different idea: why can't we put the clothing store into office buildings? In those high-grade office buildings, there are hundreds of Companies in all sizes, young white collars in it, and these new new humans have both taste and economic strength. What I offer can certainly ignite their consuming passion.



    A friend told me that the location of McDonald's and KFC when they opened branches around the world were determined after scientific investigation, because they have strict targets for passenger flow and traffic convenience.

    As soon as I saw a McDonald's on the first floor of an office building, I immediately thought it was a good place.

    But the rent of the shops is amazing.

    I thought, if I rent an office, maybe I can afford it.
