    Real Entrepreneurial Experience Of Junior College Students

    The following is my feeling of entrepreneurship from 2004 to 2006. It is inevitable that there will be different feelings in different periods, but I can guarantee that every sentence is my real feelings and experience.



    In February 2002, I graduated from a regular college in a provincial capital city and started contacting work. My major was tourism and hotel management. But I had shot my professional counterpart before graduation. I always dreamed of starting a business. But I had no money and experience. I chose to work in an international freight forwarding company. My aim was to accumulate a bit of capital and social experience. However, less than one thousand yuan of wages and boring repetitive work soon pushed me to the edge of collapse.



    Two months later, when my family objected, I resigned from a job that seemed pretty good to others. I resolutely committed myself to the ranks of entrepreneurs.

    Because my family objected, only gave me 4000 yuan of venture capital to let me go "defeated". This is the maximum number that my family can give me. So I found a partner of my classmate, he paid 6000 yuan, and then began to choose the venture project. Because I was exposed to pearl milk tea during my internship in Guangzhou in 2000, I felt there should be a lot of market in our northern capital city, so we decided to open a pearl milk tea shop.



    The next thing is to find the storefront. It's quite smooth. There is just a small shop selling ice sugar gourd to change the season. We successfully took it to the chapter. The rent is 1300 per month, one month for three months, one month for decoration, the purchase of equipment and raw materials cost about 5000 yuan, so that the shop has not opened yet, and the funds of ten thousand yuan will be gone. So the two of us borrowed money from our friends, and borrowed a total of about 5000 yuan as a circulating fund. In April 3, 2002, our shop opened.



    On the first day, the business was good. It happened that the temperature was relatively high that day. We also promoted sales and sold more than 200 yuan to achieve our purpose. Who knew it would be cloudy, the temperature dropped suddenly, the guests were obviously reduced, and they only sold more than 80 yuan a day, and lasted for a week.

    At that time, the hearts of my classmates and I were really very bad, but we also knew a reason that setbacks in business were inevitable. So we still waited with confidence to pick up the business and get better.



    I remember that when the weather forecast temperature again reached 30 degrees a week later, we were happy to embrace each other, and our business gradually improved. But when we carefully calculated the cost, we found that we couldn't make any money, because the raw materials we bought were too expensive to find a real purchase channel, so I started looking for the purchase channel. I found a Guangzhou company from the Internet and called them. They gave me a price, which was much cheaper than the one I bought locally. I sent him some samples first. After the samples arrived, we tasted better than we used to taste, so I decided to deliver the goods directly from Guangzhou.

    After a lot of bargaining, I got a very low price, and wanted to be their agent in our city. They said they were looking for an agent, so they hit it off. I didn't know whether the other side was a regular company or not. But fortunately, the other side was a very trustworthy company, and soon sent the goods to me. So we had another project to find other stores and sell their raw materials to them while we opened our shop.



    Think about that time, it's really a lot of fun. On a hot day, riding a bicycle in the city, almost all the cold drinks shops in the streets and lanes were searched by my carpet. It was really very tired, but at that time more entrepreneurial passion was supporting me. Since I chose to create a business, I had to bear it again.

    At the same time, our small business is getting better. The main reason is that our raw materials are cheap. I set the retail price cheaper than the same store, and always put quality in the first place, and never cut corners. So we have a steady number of customers, and I managed to do some small promotional activities, such as points cards, gifts and so on. At the same time, new varieties have been continuously added to cater to the customers' consumption psychology, making our business more prosperous. When business is hot, our small shop also needs to wait in line, and there are many guests who come from afar, which makes us very moved.

    At that time, the highest turnover reached 800 yuan. We quickly invested in the money and bought air conditioners, tables and chairs, TV and so on. We remember that we just met the world cup of Korea and Japan in 2002. At that time, every time we had a ball game, our shop was full. Everyone sat together watching the game and drinking our drinks. Now it is a very happy time to remember.

    There are also Korean guests who go to our store to remember a very pretty and lovely Korean girl who came to occupy seats in advance when she had a match, ordered a cup of lemon juice and an ice cream trichromatic ball, but actually she had a TV at home, but she liked to come to our shop and enjoy the atmosphere here to cheer for her national team, and later brought her family to watch the match.

    A world cup down, we have established a good relationship with these guests. When the Korean girl came back to China, she specially ran over to say goodbye to us.
