　   “公務接待是個筐，啥都往里裝”，據不完全統計，全國一年的接待費開支3000億元人民幣。筆者對一個縣的抽樣調查發現，接待費開支中的“同城宴請”占40%以上，名目繁多，可謂五花八門。一是單位互請，單位之間、部門之間辦理正常公務時互請，還美其名曰“聯絡感情”。二是無客自請，單位之間和單位內部沒有任何公務，只是為了“打牙祭”。三是私客公請，不屬于正常公務接待的同學會、同鄉會、朋友會，甚至家庭聚會等，也冠以公務接待費之名。“同城宴請”不但開支大、漏洞大，而且浪費驚人、賒帳現象普遍，盡管各級各部門都下發文件嚴禁“同城宴請”，但收效甚微。
