China Will Impose Anti-Dumping Duties On Nylon 6 Chips Originating From The United States And Other Places.

According to the Ministry of commerce website news, the Ministry of Commerce announced on 21 th the announcement of the final decision on the import of nylon 6 chips originating in the United States, the European Union, Russia and Taiwan.

In the final announcement, the Ministry of Commerce confirmed that during the investigation period of the case, the dumping of the imported products originating in the above-mentioned countries and regions had caused substantial damage to the industry in China, and there was a causal relationship between dumping and material damage. Since April 22, 2010, when importing the nylon 6 chips originating in the above countries and regions, the importers should pay anti-dumping duties to the People's Republic of China customs according to the company tax rates listed in the notice.

The anti-dumping investigation was filed in April 29, 2009, and the product of nylon 6 was classified as "tariff code of import and export tariff of People's Republic of China": 39081019.
