New Colleague Culture: Why Do I Refuse Intimacy?

Good relationship is a good thing.

We come from all corners of the country and come together for a common goal. What is wrong with a mind that wants to go all the way to one place and unite with one person?

Why do I refuse intimacy?

One reason: vulnerable

A colleague is a colleague, not a friend. If you mistake your colleagues for friends, then you will suffer.

To be friends, loyalty is the most important thing except for like-minded. Once you have chosen me, I have chosen you. Trust and loyalty to each other is the responsibility of both sides.

A colleague is different. Generally speaking, if you don't want to break your own job if you don't create your own business, then you can't choose a colleague unless you work in the personnel department.

So, you can't have too high expectations for your colleagues. If your colleagues sell you, you certainly don't help with the money, but you shouldn't be too surprised.

Little A just joined in the work soon after meeting with his colleagues in this department.

Every day they go to work together and laugh and work. Noon together, they go to the dining hall to enjoy their meals. They are as happy as a family. When they go to work in the evenings, they go to the cafeteria, sometimes they go bowling.

What a pity it is!

Little A sighed: who says it's not easy to make friends after work?

Reason two: easy to cause trouble.
