Innovation Workshop Li Kaifu: The Six Trend Of Mobile Internet

    2010/6/3 11:47:00 72

    Entrepreneurship

Li Kaifu, founder of innovation works

In May 29th, at the fifth annual meeting of China Internet webmaster in 2010, Li Kaifu, chairman of Innovation workshop, published six major trends in the future development of mobile Internet.

First, WAP The era has passed to meet the real mobile Internet Era (equipment application broadband).

Second, the price of full-featured Android mobile phones has dropped to 1500 yuan this year, down to 750 yuan next year.

Third, high 3G cost It leads to unique mobile applications in China: the richness of equipment and the minimization of bandwidth.

Fourthly, entertainment social applications will dominate China Mobile's Internet market, and foreign companies will be defeated by localization companies again.

Fifthly, the AppStore/Marketplace pre charging mode will be replaced by the localized charging mode.

Six, mobile developers and webmasters are faced with historical opportunities (localization applications, AppStore, advertising, websites, etc.).

The following is the content of his speech:

Li Kaifu: Thank you for your welcome.

Just now a friend said that Tang Jun and Li Kaifu were the only ones in suits. Clarified that they had read Lu Yu's appointment. As I said, the difference between my formal dress and my casual dress is that I don't wear necktie. Please note that I am wearing casual clothes today.

I think since I want to come to this webmaster assembly, I should talk about my future development and benefit from the webmaster. Today, I would like to give a lecture not to talk about what products, nor to talk about too many details of our innovation factory, of course we will speak a little bit. More, I just want to. industry Do some exploration and analysis.

All of you here are China's webmasters, Chinese entrepreneurs, Chinese entrepreneurs, and I am now engaged in an industry with you. If we look back, what are the qualities of some great entrepreneurs? What are the qualities of the most amazing technology entrepreneurs, such as Bill Gate, who always think they are business or glamour or technical genius? Until I read a book, "heterogeneous", it tells us whether a person can succeed in creating a great enterprise, and most importantly, what year he was born. I saw this and I knew why I couldn't create a Microsoft and apple. Because it says it must be born in 50s, especially in 1955 or so, and you have to be born in a relatively wealthy American family, so that you can go to a better high school. There will be the first generation of programmable computers in high school, and then you will fall in love with the computer before you have the chance to develop. A few years ago, there was no programming computer. When you went to the university to go to the computer, it was later than others. A few years later, Microsoft has already started everything. It's too late. Therefore, in fact, it is a bad reason for the failure to start a business in the past.

If we look back on China, you will find it interesting. The first wave of China's great internet entrepreneurs is probably an age. They decided to do it at that time, and then they did it. Of course, many of you here said that I was not born at the same time. I missed the same time as Kaifu. I was 7 years younger than Bill Gates. So I didn't have that chance. I was a little younger than Zhang Zhaoyang and Ding Lei. There are second more opportunities. We find that Baidu and so on are also of great value. Of course, these people are a few years younger than the two men. What do I do? My speech today is that you are not born out of time. Your 80 and 90s are just the catalyst for the third wave of Internet in China. What makes the third generation Internet thriving? I think there are many reasons, but the two most important reasons are mobile Internet and e-commerce (e-commerce channel). Today is mainly about the conference. I want to focus on the mobile Internet.

Today, the innovation factory has invested 9 projects, of which 7 are mobile Internet. This also confirms that I am not here to play a slogan, to talk about a concept, but to put my money in such a bet. Therefore, I am particularly optimistic about the mobile Internet. And whoever wants to start a business here, want to start a business, want to start a business second times, or already has an enterprise that wants to do bigger and better, you must pay attention to the mobile Internet. Now I would like to talk about opportunities for innovation and mobile Internet to bring to China. This opportunity is actually quite unique, and it is different from the development of foreign countries and the development of China in the past. Of course, once we talk about the mobile Internet, we will say 230 million users, will say that the rapid deployment of 3G, will say that the state's input to 3G, will say that from a single to three operators competition brings more cost reduction, more user choice, more business opportunities, so everything looks good. But in the face of investors, I will say that, and I believe this, but this does not mean that we will rush to do any mobile Internet projects, because the mobile Internet is great, but its great lies in these data. It also lies in China's potential 800 million mobile users. It also lies in the future smart phone in the world will exceed PC in three years. Today's people will be much worse off whether they use mobile micro-blog or any other way and make friends with the station last year or the year before last.
