2010 CFDA Annual Awards Ceremony Announced

In 2010, CFDA (Council of Fashion Designers of America, American Fashion Designers Association) held a starlit annual awards ceremony with the Alice Tully building at Lincoln Center between Seventh Avenue and Sunset Strip on Monday night.

Jessica Biel has awarded the best Designer Award for Marc Jacobs for the year. Anthony Mackie has awarded the annual best men's wear design award for David Neville and Marcus Wainwright.

Alexis Bittar won the best accessory Designer Award from Dakota Fanning.

This year, Swarovski has also sponsored the CFDA award ceremony for ninth consecutive years.

Alexa Chung and Ed Westwick have presented three awards for SWAROVSKI's title. The winners are Jason Wu, Richard Chai (Han Yi) and Alexander Wang, all of whom are Asian designers.

The winners can receive generous financial support from SWAROVSKI and a large number of free crystals.

The special contribution award to the deceased designer Alexander McQueen is a tribute to his contribution to international fashion, which was presented by Sarah Jessica Parker.

The Tony award, the annual award of the American Theatre Association's distinguished person, was awarded by the stage designer Scott Pask for the last 16 costumes of Alexander McQueen. This is the 16 show of the first time since the launch of Paris in March.

Donna Karan, Caroline Kennedy, Brooke Shields, Isabella Rossellini respectively awarded the international award, Eleanor Lamnert award, Eugenia Eugenia and fashion idol award.
