Hunting Boots For Outer Ear

The middle tube boots are a kind of boot near the belly of the calf.

Because the calf position is the most wide leg, it is often designed to be 30 to 40mm below the calf. See figure 5-4-2.

 

This is a hunting boot with an outer ear structure. The design height of the barrel is 280mm. The open frame middle cylinder boots frame design is required. The height of the boot is cut off.

The structure design process is the same as that of the outer ear type high boots, and has the front Baotou and rear reinforcement parts.

Note that its tongue is a closed structure and belongs to kangaroo boots.

The specific operation is as follows:

(1) first design the middle line of the shoe tongue according to the curve of the shoe's ear, and set up E'point near the E point to make a parallel line for the horizontal axis, and divide the tongue into two sections.

(2) the vertical line of the parallel line is placed in the width of the upper shoe tongue (45 ~ 50mm), and the outline of the shoe ear is copied on the rear side of the shoe ear, marking the shoe eye position.

The front end of the line is intersected with the shoes and the E1 point is set, and the symmetrical point of the rear end is set to E2 point.

The shoe ears should be stitched with the shoe ears when making the help.

(3) connect the 01 points, 0'points and E2 points of the outer arms, which are two symmetrical lines respectively, reproduce the outline of the lower shoe ears, and set aside the amount of punching edge.

The symmetric point of Ei point is E3 point.

Use the same method to reproduce the outline of the shoe shoe.

(4) the vertical line of the upper section intersects the line of the lower segment at Eo point.

E3 Eo E2 is the broken line for opening the shoe tongue.

The area of triangle a is equal to the area of B, the area of C is equal to the area of D, and the suture is stitched on the edge of E3EO line and EOEz line.

The middle line of the tongue is a broken line.

When the replicated tongue tongue is folded and the shoe ears are sutured, a closed tongue is formed.
