Causes:
Continuous high temperature stimulates the human body
With the continuous high temperature in the preceding period, the number of heatstroke patients and some chronic diseases in hah city hospitals increased, and high temperature became the chief culprit of many diseases. At the same time, there are many patients suffering from heat stroke induced by high temperature in Harbin. The specific symptoms are emotional instability, anxiety, irritability and uneasiness. This is also an emotional response induced by hot weather, and this bad emotional reaction will bring some interference to study, work and life.
Zhang Congpei, director of the first specialist hospital and psychological expert, pointed out that people's emotions are closely related to the external environment. When the continuous hot weather and the external environment change, the impact of this small environment will also change. Generally speaking, the low-temperature environment is conducive to human mental stability. Once the temperature increases, the body's feelings, emotions and spirits will fluctuate. It will not only cause physical unfitness, but also have a negative impact on people's psychology and mood, resulting in emotional agitation, restlessness, love tantrums, sticky fire, memory loss and so on.
Data show that about 16% of the normal population will suffer from "emotional heat stroke" in summer. Especially when the temperature exceeds 35 degrees, the sunshine is more than 12 hours and humidity is higher than 80%, the influence of meteorological conditions on the emotional regulation center of the hypothalamus in the human body will obviously increase, and the proportion of physiological heat stroke and "emotional heat stroke" will increase sharply.
Shen Yanling, a senior psychological consultant, pointed out that when the public felt the following symptoms appeared, they were already suffering from heat stroke. Zhang Congpei, a psychologist, said that getting rid of the emotional "heat stroke" is achieved mainly through two ways, one is physical cooling from the physical point of view. The two is psychological cooling, mainly by relaxing the mood, so that the state of mind calm down.
Physiological cooling includes ventilation of the room, timely replenish of water, adequate rest, and keeping oneself in a cool and well ventilated environment. It is necessary to have a correct recognition of things and things, accept all the arrangements given by the environment, take the initiative to perceive their own emotional and physical discomfort and adjust them in a timely manner, consciously arrange activities to adjust their physical and mental state, such as swimming, outing, participating in psychological salons, etc., consciously drink the time ordered diet (light, drinking water, etc.) and arrange work and rest time. We need to point out that good mentality comes from peacetime training, especially to cultivate a psychological state of not complaining or judging. This is the only way to maintain a calm mind.
