2010 Hangzhou Top Ten Fashion Designers Declare To Start

In accordance with the spirit of the notice on the issuance of the "discovery plan for Chinese outstanding women's designers" (No. 2007), in order to improve the overall level of clothing design in Hangzhou and build a talent echelon of garment designers, the Hangzhou municipal government decided to launch the ten best fashion designer selection in Hangzhou in 2010.

I. participants

Teaching staff and independent designers engaged in design work in Hangzhou garment enterprises or design studio.

Two. Conditions for participation

1, participants should have a college degree or above in fashion design or a recommendation from Hangzhou silk and women's clothing enterprises.

2. 3 years or above working experience is required.

3, participants should be engaged in garment design work in Hangzhou.

4, designers who have been awarded the top ten designers or above of Hangzhou municipal level, or who have been maliciously copied, plagiarized or plagiarized design results of others, will not participate in the selection.

Three. Declaration procedure

1, the participants submit the complete evaluation materials (brand product planning, Hangzhou top ten fashion designer registration form, participation effect chart, plane structure chart, fabric sample, etc.)

2, the participants submitted a copy of the assessment materials, identity documents and copies of the highest academic certificate, 2 inch photos, 2 documents and other information.

3. The participants' personal resume and relevant information on the design results must provide detailed resume and contribution to the former or incumbent service brand.

4, the participating works must be completed by 1 designers independently, and no cooperative works will be accepted.

Each person shall submit a copy of the manuscript.

In the work, silk fabrics are required.

Four. Selection process

1. Experts from the office of the leading group of silk and women's clothing industry development of Hangzhou city make preliminary comments on their works.

2, the entries for the review should be carried out at the 2010 China International Silk Fair and the China International Women's Wear Exhibition.

3, the results of the reappraisal were announced by the office of the leading group of Hangzhou silk and women's clothing industry development.

Five, reporting time

The entry form of the top ten fashion designers in Hangzhou can be downloaded from the Chinese women's clothing net.
