    Overtime wage calculation method


    - statutory holidays, overtime wages = monthly wage base 21.75 days x 300% x overtime days


    - overtime pay for rest days = monthly wage base 21.75 days x 200% x overtime days


    For example, the monthly salary of Zhang is 2000 yuan, and overtime is 1 days in September 22nd and from October 1st to 3rd.
