Five, contract management indicators and assessment

Seven. Financial management and contract settlement

Eight. Rights and obligations of the two sides

5. Party B's temporary charges for water and electricity, sanitation, membership dues, basic pensions, medical insurance and unemployment insurance payments shall be withheld by Party B and paid to Party A on a monthly basis.

6., pay attention to staff life, strictly enforce the relevant regulations of the company, distribute monthly wages and protect the legitimate rights and interests of employees.

7. if Party B violates any of the above articles, Party A shall have the right to punish Party B.

Nine, liability for breach of contract

1. Party B fails to complete the contract delivery plan on time. Party A will deduct the percentage of wages per person and the percentage of wages paid to the staff and workers on the basis of the per cent of the gross domestic product in the monthly assessment.

2. Party B damages the interests of Party A, violates the legitimate interests of employees, causes serious consequences and consequences, or causes serious accidents due to improper management, and seriously affects the reputation of enterprises. Party A has the right to terminate the contract and the responsibility of Party B's principal responsible person.

Ten, others
