Party A's rights and responsibilities

Employ

Two. Party B's rights and responsibilities

6. Party B should do a good job in food hygiene. If Party B suffers from food poisoning or is punished by the epidemic prevention department due to the management of Party B, the loss shall be borne by Party B. if the fire is caused by Party B's management problems, the responsibility and loss shall be borne by Party B. Party B must strictly abide by the safety rules and regulations and ensure safe production. If the injured party is injured due to illegal operation, it will not only reimburse any expenses, but will also be held responsible for Party B.
7. Party B shall comply with the management system of Party A. if Party B seriously misconducts his duties, malpractices, and causes serious damage to the interests of the hotel or serious breach of labour discipline, Party A shall have the right to claim compensation from Party B and to pursue legal liability in accordance with the law.
8. Party B will not be allowed to work part-time after being hired by Party A.
9. Party B must abide by the hotel's working hours, protect the property of Party A and keep Party A's business secrets.
