Party A's rights and responsibilities

1. Party A shall contract the kitchen to the management and operation of Party B.

3. Party A provides free meals and dormitories for Party B.

6. Party A has the right to manage Party B according to Party A's management system. If Party B violates Party A's management system, Party A has the right to give punishment.

Two. Party B's rights and responsibilities

1. 3. Party B shall organize a weekly dish discussion and invite Party A's management staff to participate in the production. 4. Party B should timely launch seasonal dishes and holiday dishes in conjunction with holidays and hotels.

5. Party B shall be responsible for the loss of the quality of the kitchen produced by Party B and the complaint and refund of the dishes.

6. Party B should do a good job in food hygiene. If Party B suffers from food poisoning or is punished by the epidemic prevention department due to the management of Party B, the loss shall be borne by Party B. if the fire is caused by Party B's management problems, the responsibility and loss shall be borne by Party B. Party B must strictly abide by the safety rules and regulations and ensure safe production. 7. Party B shall comply with the management system of Party A. if Party B seriously misconducts his duties, malpractices, and causes serious damage to the interests of the hotel or serious breach of labour discipline, Party A shall have the right to claim compensation from Party B and to pursue legal liability in accordance with the law.

8. Party B will not be allowed to work part-time after being hired by Party A.

9. Party B must abide by the hotel's working hours, protect the property of Party A and keep Party A's business secrets.
